Cindy graduated from St. Edwards University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. After college, she started her career working as an automobile controller in Utah and California, then moved to Texas where she purchased an auto dealership. After 8 years of owning and operating an auto business, Cindy moved back to her home town of Park City and opened a day spa, Season’s Body Retreat, right before the Winter Olympics. After her Day Spa adventures, Cindy went back to real estate selling high-end investment properties in Park City and beach properties in Newport Beach, and Laguna Beach. Success led her to being recognized as the Broker of Record for Keller Williams Newport Estates in Newport Beach, CA. Her experience in real estate spans several years with licenses in Utah, California and Texas. An insatiable desire to further her knowledge to serve her real estate clients, she also acquired a mortgage license.
A hard-working, seasoned agent who trades time between Park City and Orange County, California, Cindy enjoys focusing on creating successful outcomes for specific developments, including the Promontory Club in Park City. She loves the opportunity to meet new people that real estate affords, and assisting her clients to find exactly what they’re looking for in a home or investment property. For Cindy, being a realtor is not just about the ability to maintain an income that allows her to travel and support her son through medical school, it’s about the pleasure of doing what she loves.
When Cindy’s not catering to her numerous real estate interests, she spends time with her family, attending professional football and basketball games, and participating in local community events. Satisfying a need to give back to her community, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling to support the Veterans who have made incredible sacrifices so that others can enjoy their freedoms. Cindy also acquired an EMT-B license volunteering with the Newport Beach Fire Department’s Emergency Community Response Team. Hard work, family, and being of service to the communities she’s a part of are the philosophies that guide her life.
